Gargantua
Gargantua is a distillery project operated by the owners of To Øl. We make whiskey, adventurous grain-based spirits, and liqueurs that lifts your cocktails game. With the help from the skilled brew team from To Øl, most things starts with danish grown barley and a controlled slow fermentation. Our rig is a two vessel pot still setup, designed and assembled by ourselves, and consists of old repurposed food production tanks and vessels.
With utmost respect for classic spirit styles, balance and uses in the bar and restaurant scene, we seek perfection in each product. We use grains and apples, our own spring water source and simple packaging. Striving to deliver an honest product at a reasonable price.
Spirits that is meant for consumption and cocktails, not just shelf decorations and presents.
