Our Bitter Aperitivo is made from Gargantua Hearts, grain neutral spirit and a big spice infusion, redistilled, sweetened, and coloured with natural colours (anthocyanin and turmeric)

You’ll find warm, malty chocolate notes from our base spirit, as well as high citrus notes, followed by a lingering bitterness from gentian and wormwood, all on a thick, sweet base.

Drink this with sparkling water, tonic, in a Negroni twist, Jungle Bird, Paper plane, Boulevardier etc.
