A rich juniper-forward gin.

This gin is made from a mix of our own GARGANTUA HEARTS and Neutral grain spirit.

Batch distilled with no late additions or compounds added.

Spices: Juniper, Coriander seeds, Angelica, Yarrow, Orange, Lemon, Muscat, Cardamom, Lavender.

Small flowers, fruit and perfume notes play well with the malty base. Excellent with tonic, great in simple cocktails.
